Units In Artsy Building Are Now Available For Rent

Apartments in the box-style building located across the street from MoMA PS 1 are now available, with monthly rents ranging from $2,200 to $6,500 per month. The 175-unit, 11-story building is called 2222 Jackson and consists of studio to three-bedroom apartments. The building has been described by its designer as blurring the line “between functional design and a work of art.” “2222 Jackson Avenue presents a playful façade where the projected bays offer outdoor spaces to the apartments,” said Eran Chen, founder and executive director of ODA New York. Move in is expected to begin in early June, a spokesperson said. There are 53 studios, 79 one-bedrooms, 29 two-bedrooms and 14 three-bedrooms. Studios start at $2,195, one-bedrooms at $2,895, two-bedrooms and $3,995 and three-bedrooms at $5,195, the spokesperson said. An “amenity club” on the building’s third floor – which costs $600 per year to join – includes a fitness center, indoor skylit swimming pool, landscaped terrace and lounge with WiFi, TVs and ping pong. The apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows and white oak hardwood flooring throughout, as well as solid core doors. The kitchens have stone countertops and Blomberg and Bosch appliances. Triumph Property Group is leasing the building and has an on-site leasing gallery.
