Only Four Condos Remain at The Hendrik in Boerum Hill

Almost exactly a year after sales launched at The Hendrik, only four units remain on the market and the façade is nearly complete. Designer Beyer Blinder Belle was inspired by Boerum Hill’s industrial past; to that end, the façade is made of Petersen brick, a Danish handmade, coal-fired brick that brings a unique tonality to the six-story building.
All 33 apartments have open layouts, seven-inch white oak hardwood flooring, eight-foot windows, ceilings over 10 feet high, and in-unit washer/dryers. Kitchens come equipped with Calacatta stone countertops and backsplash, Miele appliance package, and walnut wood cabinets with integrated cove lighting. Master suites have walk-in closet and Calacatta marble bath. Secondary bedrooms have generous closet space. Select units have private balconies.
Amenities at The Hendrik include attended on-site parking, a roof terrace, landscaped viewing garden, fitness center, lounge, library, children’s playroom, and bike room. It is one block away from the many subway lines of the Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center subway station, and within easy access to Barclays Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the Atlantic Terminal Mall. It is also one block from the Morris Adjmi-designed 465 Pacific Street, where closings have come in at an average of $1,382 per square foot and often above ask.
The four availabilities at The Hendrik comprise two three-bedroom homes starting at $2.125 million, one four-bedroom apartment listed at $3.195 million, and one penthouse with a private roof terrace for $3.275 million. At an average of $1,705 per square foot, they come in above the Boerum Hill average prices of $1,576,163 and $1,307 per square foot (per CityRealty data).
