Boerum Hill is really heating up, with a host of projects entering the market this season. Another one is The Hendrik, at 509 Pacific St., a Hopestreet development designed by Beyer Blinder Belle. The Hendrik will deliver 33 condos when completed in fall 2017; there will be two- through four-bedrooms running up to 2,500-plus square feet. Many units will have terraces, and they’re estimated to have a $1.5 million base price. But hey, if you can’t land a home with a private outdoor space, enjoy the building’s shared landscaped roof and a central courtyard. Want more? There’s also a gym, lounge, children’s playroom, pet spa and parking.
